What iService is

iService is a local services marketplace. The site you are on now is a waitlist so professionals — and later customers — can hear when we open in their area. We are launching across Nigeria. Professionals are invited before customers.

Joining the list is not a booking

A signup does not create an account, reserve a professional, accept a job, or guarantee a launch date in your neighbourhood. Coverage may still deepen city by city, and we may pause or close the list.

Who can join

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Use your own name and a phone number you can answer. Do not submit someone else’s details.

Honest information

Keep your name, email, phone number, service, and area accurate. We may remove a signup that looks false, abusive, or automated.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to spam the form, scrape content, impersonate another person, or break the law. We rate-limit the waitlist to reduce abuse.

When the app opens

Bookings, payments, cancellations, reviews, and professional verification will follow the terms shown in the app at that time. Those rules are not in force for a waitlist signup.

The product is designed so that money for a job is paid in-app and held until the customer confirms the work is complete, or until an automatic confirmation window ends. Disputes go to support. Platform fees, cancellation fees, and payout timing will be shown before you pay or accept a job.

Content and marks

The iService name, mark, and site content belong to MEAY LLC. Do not copy them for another product. If you later upload photos or reviews in the app, you give us a licence to show them as part of iService.

No warranty

The waitlist is provided as is. We do not promise that iService will launch on a set date, that every service or area will open, or that every professional who joins will be verified or hired.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, MEAY LLC is not liable for lost bookings, lost profits, or indirect loss from using this waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that Nigerian law does not let us limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
